Rev. Joel Tooley serves as the Global Youth Missions Coordinator for the World Mission Department of the Church of the Nazarene - in partnership with Nazarene Youth International (www.NYIToday.org) and Barefoot Ministries (www.barefootministries.org.) As a former associate pastor (Children's Pastor - Oskaloosa, Iowa; Youth Pastor - Dayton, Ohio; and College Pastor - Lenexa, Kansas), Joel brings a high level of youth ministry experience in addition to cross-cultural ministry experience. He and his wife, Pam, along with their three children are intern missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene. Joel received his Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Nazarene Theological Seminary (www.NTS.edu) in Kansas City and his Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Vennard College in University Park, Iowa. Joel is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. |

Jill Fothergill serves as Youth In Mission Assistant. Having participated in Youth In Mission - both in Australia and Madagascar, Jill brings experience and a rich passion for missions to the life of Youth In Mission. With a heart for motivating others towards missions, Jill demonstrates a crafted ability to help students connect with opportunities to serve. Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Ministry from Southern Nazarene University.
She is a district licensed minister through the Church of the Nazarene on the South Texas district.
